Document Processing and Privacy Disclaimer
Document Upload and Temporary Processing
Our web application allows users to upload their own documents solely for analysis during an active session. We prioritize your privacy and data security.
No Permanent Storage: We do not retain, store, or keep any copies of your uploaded documents beyond the current session.
Immediate Deletion: Upon completion of the analysis or when the session ends (whichever occurs first), your documents and any associated extracted data are immediately and automatically deleted from our servers to free up resources and protect your information.
In-Memory Processing: Documents are processed temporarily in a secure, isolated environment and are not saved to persistent storage at any time.
We do not use your documents for any other purpose, including training models, improving our services, or sharing with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the analysis you requested.
Important Limitations and User Responsibility
While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data during processing, no system is completely infallible. By uploading documents, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you upload.
- We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access that may occur despite our efforts (though we strongly recommend not uploading highly sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information).
- This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Data Retention Overview
We retain only minimal, non-document-related data necessary for basic service operation (such as anonymized usage logs or session metadata) in accordance with applicable laws. No user-uploaded document content is retained beyond the session.
